He is a published researcher and presenter at the National Association for Gifted Children (NAGC), and previously held a leadership role at the Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth.
He holds Google certification in responsible AI and a Lean Six Sigma certification, and brings a working musician's insider perspective to the study of creative development.
